I thought it would be SKYW at first, but I surmise DAL will want to keep the flying as diversified as possible to blunt the effect of "too much dependence" on one wet-lease contractor, and the associated leverage that provides.
The PNCL BK is going to have an interesting effect on the wet-lease contractor industry.
IMHO, the next DALPA scope goal WRT RJ's needs to be no 'next-gen' power plants or turboprops at DCI, that will remove the problem through natural efficiency without the need for charts/ratios/fleet counts.
