but on the other hand you're still on a turboprop and it wouldn't be right for your turboprop CA's to be making the same amount or more than the jet CA's that work for your new parent company.... food for thought.... and a 3 year Q 400 CA only makes $3/hr less than a 3 year CRJ CA. Not that I think our pay is by any means great but they cant make it great for you and still make it suck for us....
