RAH is as good and bad as you want it to be. Most of the prevalent whiners of RAH have never worked anywhere else, have difficult commutes, or think their god's gift to flying and somehow feel they are 'entitled' to everything that would make the job better. Mainline guys can't even get what they want. Sure get on with United and commute to EWR for 8 years before you get furloughed only to find out you've knocked up some stripper named Bubbles..sounds like fun!
