The CRJ rates are CA only...it appreas that SF340 and CRJ f/o's make the same which starts at $23 and doesn't rise to $35 until after 5 years which most regionals pay in the 2nd year. I sincerely hope new pay scales will be hammered out for the CR9.
All F/O's at Mesaba are paid the same regardless of equipment (15-76 seats).
The payrates I am posting below DO NOT include longevity increases, nor any of the "kickers" that are in the TA.
