Is there anyone here that has attended another job fair with Spirit and it has actually paid off? Just curious as to thoughts on what goes on there and what they might be looking for? I'm very interested in working for Spirit especially now that they are opening a DFW base. Thanks.
I far as I know, it's just a "meet and Greet" type of thing, the hiring team calls it a "put a face with the resume". Then get an invite to a formal interview.
We all think and wonder why can't they run interviews right then in there, like 07-08...who knows, new team, new rules.
Apparently the outcome seems to be a positive one after they meet you and after a successful interview.
