Please call your union reps. The LASA MEC is not negotiating. They are throwing around ultimatums that are simply not in the best interests of anybody except for the top 5%. They are running a political campaign for their own personal gain and not the greater good of the combined group. We are getting laughed at by management and this really is ridiculous when you hear the demands.
That's not what I heard at the ALPA meeting in ATL last week. Yes, I was actually there. According to what I heard while at the meeting, the LASA MEC is trying to negotiate reasonably and fairly for the majority of the pilot group.
