Ya gotta love the way management has successfully split this pilot group, and at the same time be sad that the ASA guys are falling for it. "Iron fist to the XJT side"? Are you f'ing kiddin me? The brass these guys display at the thrill of ERJ guys losing block hours is sickening. It not only shows this pilot group will never be successful once merged but the company will continue to spilt it's enemies.
In the end it wont matter. The 'poor silly souls' on the ERJ side will bolt once the doors to the Majors open up, leaving the new ExpressJet on the continued downward spiral. Have fun with that!
