The brass these guys display at the thrill of ERJ guys losing block hours is sickening. It not only shows this pilot group will never be successful once merged but the company will continue to spilt it's enemies.
In the end it wont matter. The 'poor silly souls' on the ERJ side will bolt once the doors to the Majors open up, leaving the new ExpressJet on the continued downward spiral. Have fun with that!
No one here is thrilled with the ERJ side losing block hours or is gloating like the pmXJT guys were when it looked like we were going to lose planes. These posts are warnings based on our experience with how SGU operates. You're quite welcome to try a strategery that has failed in the past, but it won't likely work out well in the end. Just helpful advice.
