Yes. He hadn't flown in over a year due to no first class but he never went on DRP. He bid lines and dropped trips for ALPA. The company knew he wasn't qualified but let him bid anyway. Try not turning in your medical or missing CQ and see if they let you bid.
I was hoping to have someone else confirm it other than you since you're sold out for the establishment and don't like that he doesn't carry your party torch without question. I'll do some sniffing around to see if I can confirm it otherwise.
