Don't get wrapped around a date. This, along with the initial phone screen call back are the two biggest and most frustrating items in our pilot selection process. IMHO, the basic issue is a lack of attention to detail or compassion for the applicant on the part of Atlas HR.

When we tell an applicant that you will hear in 2 weeks, that date should be circled in red. No excuses, but unfortunately, it is not important to them.
