You realize that concession would cost the average ERJ CA about $20K and FO about $10K a year? Yes that's a REAL concession. How is that unclear? You guys should want better, not the lowest common denominator.
I find it extremely hard to believe that an XJT FO is "on average" making 10k a year more than me just because of the line bidding system. So FOs making 60k-70k over there?
