Over the course of my flight training, I was fortunate enough to work with experienced CFI's with thousands of hours as well as newly-minted ones still with temporary certificates. As others have said, don't be so quick to judge based on the length of time spent teaching.

I'll take an enthusiastic, interested, new teacher over a jaded 'experienced' one any day. Even at the 121 level, some of the most productive sim sessions I've done are with individuals training to be sim instructors and just feeling out their teaching methods.

Best of luck with your training......I'm sure you'll do fine as long as you keep an open mind those you come into contact with.
