I earn a wage that reflects the current market environment. What I think I should earn is irrelevant. If it was up to me I'd pay myself at least 500k a year with 12 weeks vacation.
Oh yeah great argument make your job seem meaningless I'm sure that will help improve it. I'm not going to argue with you that this isn't an easy job when things are going smoothly but some of us didn't go straight from instructing to the right seat here. We've seen what happens first hand when things go wrong and understand that you're not just some guy keeping a seat warm until upgrade. You're part of a crew that will need you in an emergency. Or will you just start crying like the FO in that Denzel movie about to come out?
