Mesaba has been traditionally a 4-6 year upgrade. Right now, we are in a growth mode, so upgrade times are reduced. Our most junior captain right now has been here 8 years. By the end of 2008, all the existing pilots should have had the OPPORTUNITY to upgrade, so a junior captain could be 3 years longevity. The most junior pilot on our list today in Fall 05 hire date.
