So what you are saying is negotiations are null and void. A 6 hour ready reserve for 6 hours credit is no good. I promise it isn't a wash. 6 hour ready reserve for 6 hours credit would create a surplus of pilots willing to bid RR for the credits. Considering most trips don't credit 6 hours per day! Even if one can't bid for RR; the reserves from both sides would love 6 hours credit from a RR. I can tell you as a RR pilot multiple times per month, we would ALL benefit! Would you rather work 6, 4 hour periods for 24 hours credit, or 6, 6 hour periods for 36 hours credit! If, like you say, the company prevents you from breaking 75 hours, wouldn't this rule create more un-used days for reserves?!
