Just my take, I think the new SCP will put his fingerprints on this whole process when he takes over in a month. Yep, I know he can't do anything about the bean counters but he may change something in the process. During his "meet and greet" the other night at the AOC, he said he liked the M&G process and would probably keep it. I think he said he'd like to shorten the time spent swimming. I just don't think we're going to hire a bunch of guys in this limbo period.
