You're dodging the question. If you sit ready reserve, you are paid hour for hour. That equates to less trips to the airport to sit there and stare at the walls. It also means less guys have to do ready reserve. The company will get the coverage they need at the airport. If it means more or less bodies. I'd rather be compensated and do it less times than the way you currently do it.
