I can only speak from my perspective. First year pay had zero bearing on where I applied...zero. I am glad our new hire pay has gone up, I took $25K out of savings my 1st year.

Yup this web board is a total waste of time.

What was incorrect about my rationale? The uncomfortable truth of it? I talk to pilots all the time that are north of 50, mortgaged to their eyeballs and flying until they are sick. They are certainly not ready to line up for a job action. 60-40 yeah, we are tigers.
