If you are asking why ALPA is in such a panic over foreign owned airlines the answer is simple.
They don't pay dues.
I know this in jest, but the reality is that if those foreign airlines make any headway on foreign ownership laws or cabotage, it means less US pilots jobs, and that makes me concerned. It should make you concerned too.
