When you bid a percentage is that from top to bottom? So if you want to be in the top 60% you would use 60%? Or in other words if the category has 100 pilots and you want to be at least in the top 60 you would use 60%?

The way I understand it is that the # you enter is the lowest % you're willing to accept. So if you input 60%, you're telling them you do NOT want that category if you're LOWER then 60% in category.

I'm not sure about your second question. I know in general 75% is a safe bottom line % to hold a line. There are exceptions though. When MSP M88 first opened I believe it was well over a year before anyone below 50% could hold a line. I believe 75% in the ATL 320B will NOT hold a line either.
