Yes but they really don't want you how they use it. They look at your worksheet and transfer the data manually. They tell just enough about the process so they can blame the computer and appear innocent. They WILL NOT tell you how they reinterpreted your input as they entered it.
If you bid the same thing every month and something very different suddenly happens, I bet you're looking at a transfer error. No admission of said error will ever occur even if you specifically point it out to them. First priority - Cover your butt.
