From my sources:

Interviews for off the street applicants will begin the last week of March, for class dates beginning in May. New hire classes are expected to be held weekly or every other week, depending on training capacity.

The final details of the contract are being negotiated right now. Pay rates have been established, as have many of the work rules. There is a negotiated flow through agreement with NWA mainline (Flow up to available FO positions after serving 2 years as a line captain). Pilot group will be represented by ALPA.

Bases will be MSP to start with potential future growth into MEM and DTW. The headquarters is in IAD (south of the airport), however IAD will not be a pilot/crew domicile.
