Can you answer me this? Is it possible for the "Planners" to be bribed by some? The reason I ask is we had one guy on the Bus who ALWAYS got great VTO lines despite not being that senior. Senior guys above him (myself included early on), rarely got the quality of lines he received. I stopped bidding VTO and he just recently went to the Tool Box, so no longer a factor. Just a bit curious...
