Listen dude, if you are so stoked about your schedule and PBS answers your wildest dreams each month, then you don't care about the ILIW. It is OPTIONAL. If you're happy with your schedule for the month then leave it alone! It won't be touched and the ILIW is irrelevant to you. You can just giggle about all the other junior suckers rushing to their computers to tweak their schedules and improve their QOL in ways that neither PBS nor a line award would allow. Now that I think about it, the ILIW DOES honor seniority in a way: the senior guys already have what they want and can ignore the ILIW while the junior guys get to fight over the scraps to try and improve their schedules.
