Neat. I've moved "up" 800 numbers since the sli, but am way junior to where I was with only 1.5 years with the company. Myself and my north compatriots with 12 years longevity are looking at a displacement off a junior narrowbody on this bid.... If what crew resources is saying about the next AE comes true then I as well am looking at the potential to be booted off a jr. narrowbody (and the resultant pay cut). 11+ years after hired.
Still waiting for all this supposed growth and upward movement.
