I'm reading between the lines in your post here. And since you're on an airline forum, I'm assuming this decision is a stepping stone to your ultimate goal of a major pax/cargo airline where pay is commensurate with your current salary. I see 3 big issues here.

1) Just my opinion, but your times are not very competitive for the majors. Especially in the PIC department. All else being equal I'd lean towards the job that builds PIC time the fastest.

2) Seems like you've got currency covered in either job. However, choosing one door may close the other door permanently.

3) This is probably your biggest hurdle. Especially when combined with low flight times. You're at a huge disadvantage compared to guys with more time and connections, so start networking.

Best of luck to you.
I agree with this...this will probably keep you out of the majors running for the next couple of years or until your times are higher or you get some naked chief pilot pics. That being said...given a year or two delay (optimistic) which gig gets you the best time and currency with potential for follow on if hiring is again delayed?
