Thanks for the answer rickair. Without explaining the whole story it is all very confusing.

I was never disciplined out of the event. I was told by the DO we would be referred to ProStandards; however, only the FA was. The company wouldn't say anything negative about it. I was removed from duty, given a breathalyzer, results were 0.000. The company did an investigation, and I was found to not be in any trouble, nor was I disciplined. I was put back to regular flying status as soon as everything was complete.

Shortly after that, I switched companies. I fessed up to it in the interview, and it worked out to be a good story about how to handle a conflict with a FA. I got the job, and it hasn't ever been an issue.

My real concern is how the question is worded on AirlineApps. It is different than my last application, so I want to answer truthfully, while not implicating myself of anything.
