Unless your times are low (less than 1100), you should be able to be swooped by a regional. Some are struggling to fill classes. If you are low time, don't bother and keep building as fast as possible.

Job fairs are beneficial in a tough market. They are at the point now where if your time is there, they will more than likely take you. Waste IMO.
