More new hires after June, 13, for a total of 75 to 80 for the year if plans remain unchanged. After about May of 13, pilots will not be allowed to bid into the A330 from a previously assigned aircraft until their 2 year seat lock is completed, and then only if there is a vacancy. yep, I'm one of the "new hires" going to the 330 under this "new equipment" clause sometime early next year.. I actually prefer to be on the 717 but it's too tough to commute it..
I guess you got all of this info off the system bid then? Are we still hearing there is an app window in June for more hires, or are you just going off what we've previously been told?
