Note that this is the Navy version, known as the F-3D-5CY-4h Sabreliner II. It carried a crew of nine, including a tailhook operator.
So, since you've been on vacation in Denver, where the air is thin ... and pleasantly fragrant ... Patchuli ...? ... How about this way around the carbon tax?
  • Urine is put into an electrolytic cell, which separates out the hydrogen.
  • The hydrogen goes into a water filter for purification, which then gets pushed into the gas cylinder.
  • The gas cylinder pushes hydrogen into a cylinder of liquid borax, which is used to remove the moisture from the hydrogen gas.
  • This purified hydrogen gas is pushed into the generator.

These girls did just that. 1 Liter of pee gets them 6 hours of use from a Honda generator. All we need it to attach this apparatus to the efflux pipe from the lav tank and viola' no more APU use. Now when passengers board the jet and immediately clog the aisle with runs to the toilet we'll say "thank you "

... and you thought I made this stuff up.
