What I posted still stands. I have never seen, nor do I know of any pilot in ANG that has been tagged with a 365 or anything like that. If they are in that position, I'll bet that they volunteered for it...most likely hard up for days and dollars. Or they're trying to get to their 20 year mark.
I'm not smart on mobilizing reserve guys vs guard guys. I think it's a lot tougher to tag guard guys for jobs like that. Someone else will have to chime in on that.
