Out of curiosity, what problems is the ERJ side having with Rainmaker and SkedPlus+? I remember a couple of hiccups when we adopted them (mainly Rainmaker was over-paying people), but nothing major. Just wondering why management is having such a hard time implementing it for your side--or did you have a better system in place prior to the merger? Speaking for myself, those programs have enhanced the ease of scheduling and auditing pay.
To be fair Skedplus+ has generally been ok. It's certainly more user friendly than our old system. Rainmaker on the other hand has been a disaster.On average I have to make between 10-15 pay claims per month because I'm constantly not being paid properly. Never have I been overpaid by Rainmaker, it's always massive underpayment. For this month I should be looking at 93 hours of pay, at the moment Rainmaker is showing my credit as 83.5. Our contract states that pay claims must be answered within 14 days. I've had pay claims in for over double that which haven't been answered. We are constantly paid wrong because Rainmaker doesn't work properly with our contract and work rules. It's been awful
