FWIW, they are looking for 5000 TT as of now. I showed up to this last job fair with slightly over 4000 and was told thanks but no thanks. They did aknowledge that I did meet their requirements, plus 4 year college degree, masters degree, fliying experience in Central America, etc, but they are leaning more towards at least 5000TT at this moment...
