Rainmaker is a complete disaster for the ERJ side.

I recently had to pay claim $6,000 over a three month period!
Under CCS (the old system), I may have pay claimed $1,000 over a three year period.

Why should the company fix it? I'm sure that many pilots don't pay claim properly, therefore the company keeps the loot. American Greed lives on.
