Is it a fact* that McKnight tried to push through SmartPref as a primary bidding system without knowledge or authorization of either pilot group? Is it a fact* that your MEC told our MEC they were stalling negotiations because "not one XJT pilot deserves to be furloughed" (after we agreed to hire their furloughees with no strings attached)? Is it a fact* that one of your 6 year ORD Captains "informed" me that "I heard directly from my rep that the seniority merger WILL be relative, and my 6 years will put me senior to your 12"?
