SWA has been eZed for several months now. I've bought my wife 3 zeds on them online since mid September. I did just see the notice on my IDtravel saying to buy at the counter until further notice. That being said I did just buy her a roundtrip eZed on SWA two weeks ago. It worked great. Just swipe a credit card or ID with the appropriate name on it, or enter the confirmation number that you get from the IDtravel site at a SWA kiosk and voila, boarding pass. However you should still check in with the agent at the gate. My wife missed a flight by not doing this because she assumed she was checked in. I'm a Compass guy using Delta pass travel.
