Jay P mentioned a few Blastmails ago that these payrates were missing the A380 and also a smaller aircraft. I can care less about the A380.. and if anything, it should have been banded with the 747-4 & -8.

I have been an advocate of the PayBanding scales. What is interesting is this-
If you look at DAL 12yr 747 Capt = $254.74. Banded with the 777 ie, Ultra Long Haul aircraft.
UAL JCBA (A Cat.) 12yr 747 Capt = $234.78. Banded with the 777, but also the 787, 767-4 and the A350.

Couple of things..
We won't see the A350. Lets be honest.
Delta has the 787 (though they no longer have any on immediate order) as a stand alone payscale.
Their 767-4 is banded with their A330's. ($240.62)
And here's the kicker.. their 757 is banded with their 767-2/3/3er.
Pays $213.22 vs. JCBA Cat B $195.82 or Cat C (757-2) $189.97!
Our 767-4 is $234.78 (Cat A Band)

So.. for CAL 757 Capts- $23.25 less an hour!

Lets say that by 2015.. we replace some of the 757's with 787's. DAL pays $258.90 vs. our JCBA of $262.38. But again, the kicker is this- their 747-4 pays $270.25 vs our $262.38!

I truly believe that once we have a JCBA, we will place an order for 747-8's, and also convert those other 50 787 options to full orders. Only thing missing is LABOR PEACE to get financing from the banks for these orders! HINT HINT!!

Gang, these "leaked Payscales" are ****. If they are true, the 1% extra in B Fund contribution (vs. DAL 15%) doesn't make up the difference. Not to mention, we aren't worth Delta minus a Penny! Let alone thousands of dollars a year~
