If that's the case, you should all have a Come-to-Jesus meeting and remove your collective heads from the brown starfish between your cheeks. No combined group = no new CBA ever again= management wins and we lose big time. It also means no new flying opportunities because our customers will be terrified of our toxic labor relations. Don't make it worse than it already is.

Yes its tough to compromise but you also have to spend some time in the XJT pilots' shoes. Here is a news flash: it wasn't their CBA that was making XJT lose money. Their CASM prior to the merge was significantly less than ASA's, despite the better contract. Go read the 10K reports for both companies if you don't believe me.

Have some sympathy for these guys and try to understand where they are coming from rather than turn your nose up and decide we are better off apart. The exact opposite is true.
