Take your pick, Scope, Retro, Pay, Pay Banding, Forced Junior Manning, CAL PBS, No Credit VACA drops, Higher out of pocket medical costs, Minimal hotel input....etc etc etc. Pick any one and vote accordingly. Pretty much concessional across the spectrum IF the leaks are true.
