Beyond that, recent flight experience (or lack thereof) will be considered in the context of your overall experience. I don't think there's a hard number, but they would be more forgiving of lack of recency in a multi-thousand-hour turbine pilot with years of experience as opposed to a 1500-hour CFI who dropped out of aviation for five years.
Unlike some other places, SKW does not automatically exclude high-time pilots. They actually assume that you have enough experience to know what you're getting into, but they do also want to get a sense that you're not looking to get 121 current and then bail in four months. They'll hire retired Colonels if they think they'll be happy at SKW for a while, and can "play the game" as FO's.
+1, I interviewed with a guy that had flown for 3 airlines, including ATA for more than a decade and he was offered the job, it doesn't seem as though they're concerned with "overqualified" pilots.
