BTW, show me the orther regionals payscale for 900's....our 900's at SKW are 70 seats and will soon be 76 seats, that's all (scope)....
A 900 airframe is a 900 airframe, you can, and probably will, one day be flying it with more than 76 people for very poor wages. When the company puts all the seats in and says here go fly it, are you guys going to negotiate a new payrate? Oh wait, they don't have to negotiate with you. Unless its the 705 airframe your argument is pointless.

As for other pay rates, here are 5th year pay rates for 86 seat aircraft as taken from this website:
AWAC: 76 (under illegal concessionary contract, if they get the old contract back 90)
Mesa: 67
Republic: 76
Skywest: 66
US Airways: 86
Air Canada: 118
Jazz: 77 (and thats for the 705 airframes)

To break it down for you, a $10/hr difference at 75hr guarantee over 12 months works out to be $9000. I hope those bonuses are really good over there.

No growth, high cost & a buck more an hour (only on the 50's & only at first)? Your bar is set high.
Actually, and this is under their concessionary contract which is still being worked out in arbitration, but AWAC 50 seat pay is $2 more an hour, 70 seat pay is $3 more, and 86 seat pay is $10 more an hour, respectively when compared to skywest. And AWAC does have many UNION protected and negotiated work rules, which the company must follow because its more than an "agreement", which all increases take home pay.

Edited for my typing and lack of spelling
