( Vacation low, which gives ASA guys a TON of days off for vacation) is something the company clearly hates. We're good with gridlock because you're right. Vacation low is going to change. I think the best compromise is to keep it, but with a reduction in guarantee. It won't be used as much, and it won't be as costly, but it is still available if you want it. That is compromise.
