United as well...I think. Lufthansa however does. Everything goes into airports that are 2 hours away from STR and that wont work for me. I want to do this as cost effectively as I can, but unfortunately I don't know how to jumpseat in Europe at all! I have DL and UA bennies, but the UA will cost me an arm and a leg I am sure. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
European airlines don't offer jumpseating I'm afraid. Your best bet is a ZED if your company has them? Lufthansa do sometimes put crew in the jumpseat if you have purchased a ZED and there are no seats in the cabin, but jumpseating as we know it here in the USA isn't allowed in Europe. At my old airline in the UK we weren't even allowed to jumpseat on our own flights.
