Congratulations on getting the call. Best of luck in training.
We're very stuck in the middle. ALPA blows, we can't organize an internal union and our PEA is vague. A CBA is required, but how do we develop one when our wages and work rules are solid but need to be brought to the next level? I don't think management is the devil, and I'm not going to buy into the paranoid voodoo culture which exists in pockets. We can do better and we will the question is what will be the catalyst? I'm not on board with ALPA, but I am on board with labor organization.
