Most guys are coming in with at least 1200 hours. An average class seems to be a mixed bag of CFI's, regional FOs, and one or two guys with substantial experience.
They were running classes there for a while almost every month, usually the winter time because it is a slower time. However, due to a slower number in the attrition department they haven't run a class since May. There was a distant rumor of a possible class in January but I am not sure those guys would have a role yet as again the attrition has been a little on the slow side.
Definitely an awesome job for folks living in New England as there isn't any other job in the area that offers a set schedule that you can plan off of.
