For a small privately held company it could be a lot worse, and if you ask some, it could be a lot better. There are days when you'll want to throw the tow head across the ramp and then there are some days you'll breath a sigh of content....particularly when your other 135 buddies are telling you how they've had 4 days off this month and you know you're getting a guaranteed 12, with two weekends off.

It is a great airplane however, like it is previously stated, if you don't have a background with any sort of multi time or type ratings then you might find yourself having difficulty getting the next best thing. It is not possible...with the right networking you can go from the PC-12 to anything. I think the benefit of this company is making your way to the left seat and gaining the 135/91k PIC. You may not be able to necessarily win future employers over with 1,500 hrs of PC12 time but the type of operations you conducted with that time is a great talking point and experience you will not get in the right seat at a regional.
