It is a great airplane however, like it is previously stated, if you don't have a background with any sort of multi time or type ratings then you might find yourself having difficulty getting the next best thing. It is not possible...with the right networking you can go from the PC-12 to anything. I think the benefit of this company is making your way to the left seat and gaining the 135/91k PIC. You may not be able to necessarily win future employers over with 1,500 hrs of PCh12 time but the type of operations you conducted with that time is a great talking point and experience you will not get in the right seat at a regional.
You have pilots with left seat time in airliners in which is not making a difference at some airlines. One of the reasons many pilots are upset. No reasons behind the actions.
