I sent an email to FLica and got this response:


There was an error on our end causing you not to be able to view your bid award. This issue should now be resolved. If you are still getting this message, it is probably because your page is cached. Meaning, it is bringing up the page from your previous log in. To fix this, you will need to log out of your account and delete your cookies, cache, and history on your browser.

If using Internet Explorer- Click Tools-Click Internet Options-General-Browsing History-Delete-Cookies, Cache- History- Ok.

If you are using an iPad/iPhone- Tap Settings-Safari-Clear Cookies and Data- Clear History.

Once you have cleared the cookies, cache, and history: Log back into your FLiCA account and try to view the award again. If you are still experiencing an issue viewing your award; please give us a call or email me back with a screen shot of the error.
