The thing we all forget is they spewed the same stuff to all of us when we were hired, remember them saying upgrade was 2 years and they were about to waive the company upgrade minimums?? 4-5 years later you still have FOs on reserve depending on their base and plane.
Were you hired before or after the Age 65 ruling?
