Unfortunately, any airline can do anything they want with based and they have. JB is no different except that they haven't yet. That's as good as you can get anywhere as far as base selection goes. There is a as good of a chance as anywhere that once you get based at home (I live in SoCal) you can spend the rest of your time served at JB there.
